BGS2032 is the school’s 10 year strategic plan.
What will the world be like in 2032? What will be the future of work and careers? What skills and attributes will our boys need to thrive in their future endeavours—in education, work and life? What will it mean to be a successful man in the 21st century? And how will technology affect teaching and learning? What will happen to the ATAR? How will tertiary education change?
In 2032, when BGS celebrates its 150th year, our current secondary school boys will be in their early careers and embarking on their adult lives. Our younger boys will be finishing school or undertaking further study.
For BGS, the question is: how can we ensure that we are positioned in the best possible way to equip your sons for a thriving future, and to be the best version of themselves that they can?
This is the essence of BGS2032. It will be a long-term project—to prepare all of our boys for the future. It needs the involvement of the BGS community.
